What’s On Offer $28.64 per hour (Handyperson) Up to $36 per hour (Trade Qualified) not for Profit - Salary Packaging Benefits Fixed-term stability through to July 2026 Immediate start available A meaningful role where your work truly matter What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of general maintenance across buildings, grounds and assets, including: Carrying out general maintenance and repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building work) Completing planned and preventative maintenance Responding promptly to maintenance requests Maintaining gardens and outdoor areas to a high standard Ensuring all work aligns with WHS and compliance requirements Coordinating contractors when specialist work is required What You’ll Bring A current driver’s licence Basic to intermediate technology skills (mobile, laptop and desktop) The ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in maintenance (aged care or retirement living preferred) Background in building, plumbing, welding, fitter & turner or similar (desirable) Trade qualification (desirable but not essential) If you’re someone who enjoys practical work, takes ownership, and wants to be part of a care-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
