Your new role The Governance Coordinator position is a rare opportunity to partner with senior executives within the Legal and Company Secretarial teams. You will take pride in playing a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Board and Committees, maintaining the statutory records of our Group entities, and providing high-quality support and Executive Assistance to key members of the Executive team. Role responsibilities are heavily weighted towards governance documentation and Company Secretarial support, but also include executive assisting. The role suits a Governance Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative supporting role, where executives rely on you to manage timelines and end-to-end delivery of critical reporting and administrative processes, with a high level of accuracy. About You This position will suit an experienced Corporate Governance coordinator, CoSec Support, Corporate Services Administrator, Board Administrator, Legal EA or similar. You have proven experience supporting complex company structures, delivering to Company Secretarial and Legal teams. You are committed to confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive matters and excel at interpersonal skills, particularly when liaising with Board and Committee members.
