Perth | 5:2 Roster | Aboriginal‑Owned Business KingKira Group is expanding our Environmental Services Division and we’re looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support our Waste, Recycling and Industrial Services operations across WA. If you enjoy variety, accuracy and keeping a busy division running smoothly, this role will suit you perfectly. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll provide day‑to‑day administrative and financial support across the division, including: Contract & Financial Admin Client quoting in Business Central (BAU ad‑hoc) Managing the quote register and maintaining accurate files Creating and managing Purchase Orders Invoicing and weekly billing entry Recording and tracking ad‑hoc billings Supporting End‑of‑Month reporting (BAU, ad‑hoc, waste data) Operational Support Scheduling, coordination and general office support Data entry and record keeping Consumable ordering Attending meetings and assisting Managers as required What You’ll Bring Experience in contract administration, finance admin or similar Strong Excel skills and confidence using business systems (Business Central desirable) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive, team‑focused approach Why Join KingKira Group?
