Due to growth, we're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work to join their team as an Internal Sales Representative. Within this role you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients and support the internal Workshop teams. You'll have a positive can'-do attitude with a mechanical aptitude. This role is ideal for individuals that have mechanical trade backgrounds that are ready to move into sales or technical support roles or candidates that have a strong sales or customer service background that have a natural passion for mechanics. The Role: Respond to customer enquiries either in branch, via phone or email ensuring efficient and accurate information is provided Maintain customer records with all necessary information regarding orders, quotes and product information Upselling of service and products Assist workshop with basic product builds Accept deliveries, unpack, check and store all stock in correct location, assign correct labels to stock as requested and required. Pick and assemble stock to meet all orders and arrange delivery or pick up. Carry out stocktake as required Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times What we're looking for: Mechanical aptitude or trade qualification Passion for delivering quality customer service Have a strong work ethic and pride in workmanship Have a working understanding of procurement and stock management systems or keen to learn.
