The Role: This is a new role that has been created to support this incredibly busy Director. Based onsite near Lake Macquarie, you will take over as much of the ‘non-dollar-productive’ work as possible to free them up to run the various businesses. Diary and email management Attend meetings, keeping minutes and following up key personnel on deliverables Being the liaison point of contact, interfacing between staff and the Director General administration to keep daily operations smooth and efficient Special projects and personal errands as they arise About You: You will be an experienced EA / PA or Administrator Possess maturity and ability to act with diplomacy You will be proactive, a strong communicator and love organising Strong skills in MS Office, and experience with databases Best suited to someone with a car and drivers license Why You Want It: Great team with long-standing staff A boss you’ll enjoy working for and respect Brand new office, close to shops, gym, parking and amenities New role that you can make a mark in!
