We’re recruiting Civil Labourers, Skilled Civil Workers and Ticketed Operators (CW2–CW5) for multiple active civil and subdivision projects from Caboolture through to the Sunshine Coast. These roles suit people who turn up, work safely and are happy to mix labouring, spotting and operating depending on the day. You’ll be working with established contractors on long‑term projects , with occasional short‑term assignments as site needs shift. Work includes; road construction, road maintenance, drainage, trenching, services and general civil duties. Roles Available Civil Labouring & Ground Crew Civil Labourers – supporting crews, using small tools, helping operators Skilled Civil Labourers – hands‑on work across trenches, services, roadworks & general civil tasks Spotters / Offsiders – machine support, directing operators, maintaining safe on‑site communication Operators Who Don’t Mind Jumping Out of the Cab (Operating labouring spotting as required) Roller Operators – rolling pavements, working with earthworks & road crews Moxy Operators – hauling material assisting on the ground Posi Track / Skid Steer Operators – trimming, backfilling, pad work civil labour support Requirements / What You’ll Need Construction White Card (essential) Machinery tickets (Roller, Moxy, Posi‑Track, etc.) Previous civil labouring and/or operating experience Willingness to do a mix of operating, labouring and spotting Reliable transport and a strong safety mindset What We Offer / Why Choose Us $35–$42 per hour penalties Consistent work across well‑run civil projects Mix of short‑term and long‑term assignments Work with safe, organised civil contractors Recruiters who check in, visit site and support you properly How Our Process Works Apply with a clear, up‑to‑date resume.
