Chop ‘n Chill South West Rocks is a popular and fast-growing dining venue known for its vibrant atmosphere, quality food and consistent service. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys working in a busy venue and takes pride in delivering high-quality dishes. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare, cook and present menu items in line with recipes, portion control and presentation standards Oversee a kitchen section during service and ensure smooth operations Assist with menu planning, specials and seasonal updates Supervise and support cooks and kitchen hands Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation Ensure food safety, hygiene and WHS standards are maintained at all times Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes Assist with kitchen prep planning and daily service coordination Manage food dockets/tickets to ensure timely service Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment About You: Proven experience working as a Chef in a busy restaurant, pub or café Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards Reliable, organised and a strong team player Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays If you are a committed chef looking to join a supportive team in a well-regarded venue, we would love to hear from you.
