About the Role: As our Store Manager, your role involves overseeing our Lindt Chocolate Shop which retails an extensive range of Lindt Chocolates and has a delicious takeaway offering of Lindt hot and cold chocolate drinks, coffee, and ice cream. Lead the store's performance, fostering a supportive team environment, achieve sales and manage expenses to deliver profitability, guiding and coaching our ambassadors to deliver on brand expectations, and managing day-to-day operations. This includes multitasking between customers, inventory management, food safety compliance, visual merchandising, preparing takeaway drinks and ice cream all with an exceptional customer centric approach. We're looking for a proactive leader who motivate their team and delivers an unparalleled customer experience, reinforcing our brand whilst adhering to local compliance in food handling, health and safety. You thrive in a high energy busy hands-on environment where you and required to multi-task strength and lead with a premium mindset, understanding global brand identity.
