About the Role As a Machine Operator, you will safely and efficiently operate production equipment to meet performance and quality targets. You will play a key role in keeping our manufacturing lines running smoothly by: Setting up and operating machinery to specification Conducting quality checks to meet technical standards Replenishing machines with raw materials Troubleshooting machine issues and minimising downtime Completing reporting across quality, waste, productivity and engineering Performing routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance Participating in continuous improvement (OFS) Supporting and training other operators as needed This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys problem solving, and takes pride in producing great work.
