Position Key Duties: Manage the design, development, delivery, evaluation and transition of programs into the blended delivery model, as well as providing ongoing support, mentoring and implementation Partner with the manager to coordinate quality compliance of ASQA, VRQA, HESG and CRICOS(where applicable) service agreements within all of the department’s programs. Support teaching teams to develop educational strategies and learning materials for course delivery to address the challenges faced by students Work with and support the Manager where required to complete program operations, training needs, team co-ordination, student results and timetables and sessional teaching requirements for the department. About You: Cert IV TAE 40116 or its successor, in accordance with RTO regulatory requirements. Diploma or higher in adult education training (AQF5 or above) or Higher education related with practicum and a focus on adult education and methodologies Capability to facilitate the development of learning and assessment resources in a variety of settings relevant to contemporary VET practice Demonstrated ability to manage resources and a team of staff providing services to students/clients The University is a Child Safe organisation.
