We're partnering with a tight-knit, family-style HVAC company that has quietly built a strong reputation across commercial sites, apartments, and high-end residential work. No chaos. No ridiculous scheduling. No being treated like just another number in a van. Because of steady growth (not panic hiring), they're now adding two technicians to the team. They're open to: Fully qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanics Late-stage apprentices ready to step into a long-term role Role & Responsibilities This role covers a real mix of service, maintenance, installs, and problem-solving across Sydney, including: Servicing and fault-finding on air conditioning and HVAC systems Installations, upgrades, and system replacements Preventative and reactive maintenance across varied sites Proper diagnostics and repairs you can stand behind Compliance and defect rectification work Independence on jobs with strong office support behind you Based in Milperra → Sydney metro travel → occasional regional work if you want it. Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm optional overtime (not forced). About You Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or very close to finishing) Around 12 months hands-on experience post-apprenticeship (flexible for the right person) White Card Driver's Licence Someone reliable who actually cares about their trade EWP, WWCC, Police Check → helpful but can be organised.
