We're looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a positive, can-do attitude to join our vibrant Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Lifestyles team on a permanent part-time basis. About the Role As a Support Worker, you'll support people with disability to build independence, actively drive their own goals and decisions, and actively participate in their community. Backed by an experienced, supportive team who truly understand the role, you'll work 1:1 with clients in the community Some examples of activities our clients love participating in are: Creative expression through different mediums such as art, cooking and gardening Music and performance, including live events and our Choir program Health and wellbeing activities such as hydrotherapy, gym sessions and outdoor activities Community events like Laughing Yoga and social outings You'll be joining one of two programs in the region, both led by passionate Service Managers and Coordinators who have hands-on experience supporting clients. While you'll work independently with clients, you'll never feel alone - you'll be supported by a collaborative, values-driven team.
