The Role Agri Labour Australia is seeking reliable Grain Handlers based in Bogan Gate, NSW, to support essential grain handling operations, working in a hands-on, safety-focused environment that plays a vital role in Australia's agricultural supply chain. Key Responsibilities As a Grain Handler, you will support day-to-day grain handling operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple sites. Operate and maintain grain handling equipment such as elevators, augers, and conveyors Load and unload grain from trucks and storage facilities safely and efficiently Monitor grain quality for spoilage, contamination, or pest activity Conduct inspections of storage facilities, including sample testing and weighbridge operations Maintain accurate records of grain inventory and movements (data entry) Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure safe operation Complete tarp work, sweeping, shovelling, and general site clean-up Form and maintain grain bunkers Follow all safety procedures and site compliance requirements Benefits $33.38 per hour, plus penalty rates Approximately 38 hours per week, with flexibility for shift work Opportunity to work across various sites within grain operations Build experience in grain handling, storage, and agricultural logistics Supportive team culture with a strong focus on safety and reliability Your Skills & Experience Reliable, physically fit, and able to perform manual tasks Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Willingness to work shift work and flexible hours when required Comfortable working across multiple sites Background in agriculture, farming, grain handling, or warehouse operations is advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
