Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including stock management, ordering, inventory control, and maintaining a store consistently stocked with premium products. Customer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with trade customers, delivering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their needs. Sales & Profitability: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive product promotion, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities within the local trade community. Health & Safety: Maintain a safe and compliant environment for both staff and customers, adhering to company and regulatory standards. Reporting & Administration: Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and implement initiatives to drive efficiency and maximize store profitability. Skills & Experience: Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams while fostering a positive and productive store culture. Strong understanding of the trade or retail industry, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
