Introduction This is a key leadership role with accountability for the operations, performance and strategic direction of our Child, Youth and Family (CYF) portfolio. You will work closely with the CEO, Executive and senior peers to translate strategy into action and ensure our services deliver meaningful impact for children, young people and families across our community. About the role As Senior Manager, you will provide high-level leadership and direction to program leaders and employees across a diverse portfolio. This role requires strong capability in: Stakeholder engagement and relationship management Workforce leadership and performance management Financial oversight and sustainability Quality frameworks and practice leadership Risk, safety and compliance Key Accountabilities: Lead and embed best practice frameworks including ARACY NEST, the Common Approach, Advantage Thinking and Trauma Informed practice across all CYF services. Strengthen program evaluation, outcomes measurement and social impact reporting. Deliver high-quality six-monthly contract reporting that reflects the excellence of service delivery. Build and grow the NEIST and Wellbeings programs into thriving, high-quality services for children and families. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government, non-government and community stakeholders to support advocacy, reform and commissioning processes. Lead the recruitment, engagement and performance of employees, fostering a culture of accountability, care and collaboration. Oversee budgets, KPIs, contract management, productivity, utilisation and corrective actions. Ensure health, safety and risk management practices are robust, proactive and compliant. Manage feedback, complaints and reportable incidents with integrity, transparency and professionalism. About you You are a capable and confident senior leader who leads with care and respect.
