A destination for those with a curious appetite and a desire for culinary adventure, it’s a place where ideas are hatched and adventures begun.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee restaurant operations as we open doors and establish our reputation. You'll ensure we operate smoothly, profitably, and to a high standard every day. You'll lead our teams, support service delivery, and ensure our people, systems, and menus keep the business performing at its best.What you’ll be responsible forOversee front-of-house performance and guest experience, setting service standardsWork with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operationsOversee recruitment, induction, training, rosters, and performance developmentMaintain presentation, grooming, and service culture across the venueOversee private dining, catering, and group bookingsWork with the kitchen and owners on menus, pricing, and service styleSupport the delivery of events and functions on-siteOversee cash handling, POS systems, and daily financial reportingPrepare sales reports, track performance, and manage budgets in liaison with financeManage stock control, stocktakes, and equipmentSupport marketing activity and identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the guest experienceWhat We’re Looking For2–3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high‑end environmentExperience opening a new restaurant (preferred)Strong understanding of financial management, planning and cost controlStrong knowledge of Asian cuisine, culture and service standardsConfident with food and wine pairingCapable leader with experience supporting and guiding teams end‑to‑endOrganised, calm, personable and professionalHands‑on approach, comfortable stepping onto the floor when requiredFlexible, adaptable, and able to support a growing businessUnrestricted working rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorship.Why us?Take this opportunity to lead the growth of this well-loved brand in a new location, as part of a global and growing hotel brand.
