Your opportunity Full-Time - 6 Month Contract - Southwest Sydney/Bowral As our Care Team Leader , you will lead and manage a team of Care Workers across Southwest Sydney/Bowral region to deliver exceptional, person-centred home care services within Anglicare At Home. By fostering a culture of outstanding customer service and ensuring compliance with organisational values, you will help enrich lives and strengthen communities in line with Anglicare’s mission. With integrity and compassion, you will: Lead, mentor, and support your team, fostering a culture aligned with Anglicare’s Christian mission and values Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with legislative and organisational standards Manage scheduling and coverage to ensure continuity of care, addressing planned and unplanned staff absences Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective service delivery What you’ll bring You are a compassionate, collaborative leader who inspires excellence and aligns with our values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence. You bring proven expertise in aged care and team leadership, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred services. You will also need: Certificate IV or higher in Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent Proven experience in a team leader role within aged care or community services Strong understanding of community-based aged care services Ideally, you will also have: Extensive experience managing teams in a dynamic, client-focused environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency with systems and technology applications relevant to care management Why Anglicare?
