Role Overview We are seeking two experienced People, Culture & Wellbeing Business Partners to join a high-performing People & Culture team and play a pivotal role in supporting business success through progressive people strategies. Aligned to a defined portfolio of the business, this role acts as a true HR partner-providing strategic counsel, operational excellence, and people-led solutions that directly contribute to organisational performance and growth. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, culture, leadership, and execution. Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders as a trusted strategic and operational HR advisor, delivering pragmatic and commercially aligned people solutions. Contribute to business unit planning, ensuring the employee voice is embedded in decision-making. Diagnose organisational and workforce challenges and mobilise internal expertise to deliver effective solutions. Identify current and future capability gaps and support workforce, talent, and succession strategies. Lead and support organisational change initiatives, including role design, workforce transformation, and project implementation. Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing more effective ways of working. Drive performance management frameworks to build high-performing, engaged teams. Manage cyclical HR processes aligned to the broader People Plan. Provide expert advice and case management across complex ER/IR matters, including investigations and Fair Work cases. Analyse workforce data and deliver insights to support informed business decisions. Champion employee engagement, experience, wellbeing, and safety across the employee lifecycle. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, translating employee feedback into meaningful action. Candidate Profile We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in fast-paced or complex environments. You will bring strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, a commercial mindset with the ability to interpret workforce data and business drivers, and confidence navigating change and ambiguity. Solid ER/IR knowledge and operational HR capability are essential, along with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar.
