Supervisor JRM is recruiting experienced hospitality supervisors to join our events team, overseeing casual staff on major events, and VIP functions. This is not a venue-based role. This is a mobile, leadership position responsible for supporting, auditing, and improving performance across multiple client sites including corporate boardrooms, events, stadiums, and premium hospitality venues. About the Role You will represent JRM on the ground, ensuring our staff perform to standard, clients are supported, and operational issues are resolved in real time. Conduct on-site check-ins across multiple venues and client locations Support and supervise large casual teams during service Ensure grooming, presentation, punctuality, and service standards are met Act as escalation point for client or staff issues during shifts Report daily operational insights to leadership Working directly with clients, supervising teams of bartenders, waiters, and other staff in an array of different hospitality settings This role involves regular site visits across Sydney and requires flexibility around peak service periods.
