Our client is a leading technology provider and, following a recent acquisition, is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth across the BMS, Smart Buildings and Integrated Technology landscape. This autonomous role is focused on opening new doors, building strategic relationships, and driving adoption of advanced sensor-led solutions across commercial and critical environments — supported by a high-performing ANZ sales team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies Identify and secure new business opportunities Execute territory growth plans Build pipeline, revenue and customer growth Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Smart Buildings & infrastructure Lead solution-led conversations through product demonstrations and training Create pipeline through proactive market engagement Provide market insight to help shape future solutions About You Proven sales leader Experience launching new products or services into market Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Background in one or more of the following: – BMS / Building Management Systems or Building Automation – Smart Buildings – HVAC Controls This is a new business-led role suited to a commercially driven BDM who thrives on building pipeline, shaping opportunities and owning market growth.
