We’re looking for two Customer Service & Administration Officers to be the first point of contact for our passengers, providing exceptional service and support across our Launceston network. What You’ll Do in the role: When you are out on location- you will be a friendly face for our passengers, answering questions and providing travel information. Assist customers with ticketing, reservations, and sales to ensure a smooth journey. Support our drivers and ensure a comfortable travel experience for everyone. Assist passengers with luggage handling when required. Handle phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of customer spaces. Ensure cash handling and transactions are secure and accurate. Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, to keep Launceston moving! What We’re Looking For: A strong background in customer service – experience in transport, retail, or hospitality is a plus! A proactive and hands-on approach – you enjoy interacting with people and solving problems. Strong administration and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, customer-facing environment. A reasonable level of physical fitness, as you may need to assist passengers with luggage when required. High attention to detail, especially with cash handling and reservations. Why Join Kinetic?
