Job Description Position Overview: The Senior Graphic Designer and Content Producer is a key creative role responsible for the end-to-end visual content production across all marketing channels, including static, video, and digital formats. This person will not only design high-quality, on-brand assets but will also be the creative architect who builds and ma intains the repeatable design systems a nd scalable frameworks that empower ELMO's marketing organization. You will lead the development and roll-out of critical collateral—from display ads and social campaigns to website assets and pitch decks—and support video editing for webinars and short-form social clips. A mastery of design principles and professional tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is essential. Crucially, you will leverage AI-assisted design and content tools to establish production infrastructure and scale content creation while strictly safeguarding brand consistency. This role requires a strong collaborator with high attention to detail and a strategic understanding of what performs well across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end visual content production across static and video formats, ensuring all assets are polished, on-brand, and aligned to ELMO’s visual identity. Design development and roll out of marketing assets and collateral including; display, social, campaign, website, email, pitch decks, event materials & reports. Support video production by editing webinars and creating short promotional and social-first clips, including on-brand supers, overlays, and animation. Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Descript, CapCut) and repeatable design systems to scale high-volume, templated content without sacrificing quality. Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all assets, keeping libraries and systems organised, current, and easy to use. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Integrated Marketing, and the Content Lead to deliver GTM collateral, editorial assets, and campaign creative. Manage competing design requests with strong prioritisation, and ensure all work complies with ELMO’s information security and privacy policies and procedures. Desired Skills and Experience Solid foundational knowledge in design principles, supported by a formal degree, diploma, or equivalent industry training Proven experience in a Content Producer, or similar creative role , ideally within B2B, SaaS, or technology. Strong portfolio showcasing social content, campaign assets, and marketing collateral across static and video formats. Professional software proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma or similar. Working experience with video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Descript, CapCut, or similar) for short-form and webinar-based content. Demonstrated experience creating content specifically for LinkedIn and other digital channels , with an understanding of what performs well across formats. Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design and content tools (e.g. Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to scale templated production while safeguarding brand quality. Strong understanding of brand systems, design systems, and visual consistency across campaigns and touchpoints. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills , able to partner effectively with marketing, sales, and content teams. High attention to detail, strong sense of visual craft, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Awareness of information security and privacy best practices when handling content and assets.
