Our company, Farmers Arms Hotel runs an Australian cuisine restaurant located in Beeac, VIC 3251. We are recruiting two full time, qualified and experienced cooks. Wages: $70,000/year Super Need to work from Wednesday through Sunday, five days a week with annual leave. To be successful for this opportunity as Cook, you will need: Task & Responsibilities: Examines food to ensure quality. Prepares meat by cutting them into pieces and vegetables by washing and cutting. Marinates meat. Fries beef, pork, chicken, fish and other seafood, and vegetables in various kinds of flavours. Seasons food during cooking. May use oven for some dishes. Portions food, places on dishes, adds sauces and garnishes. Qualification: Need to hold Australian Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Work Experience: Need to have at least three years full-time Australian restaurant experience as a cook. Work Right: Need to be Australian citizen or permanent resident.
