As a Case Management Team Leader, you will: Lead, supervise, and support a team of Case Managers to deliver exceptional, client-centred services Provide guidance on complex cases, risk management, and crisis response Ensure compliance with funding, regulatory, and organisational standards Monitor performance, manage caseload distribution, and drive continuous improvement Facilitate reflective practice, case reviews, and team development sessions Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance service outcomes Contribute to strategic planning and service innovation You will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality, fostering professional growth, and ensuring every client receives consistent, ethical, and high-standard support. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a confident and compassionate leader who combines operational strength with a genuine passion for helping others.
