Your work will include: Clinical care and nutritional assessments Food service and catering interventions Staff education and involvement in quality improvement projects Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support resident choice, dignity, and wellbeing What You’ll Need: Essential: Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Dietetics (or equivalent) Full membership with Dietitians Australia Strong time management, prioritisation and communication skills Ability to build effective relationships in an interdisciplinary team setting Willingness to travel across sites as needed Desirable: Experience in clinical nutrition, ideally in aged care Ability to identify opportunities for, initiate and complete quality activities Current driver’s licence and own vehicle About Us: Montefiore is a not-for-profit aged care provider with a 135-year legacy, founded on Jewish values.
