We’re looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support our Project Managers and help drive commercial success from contract award to completion. About the Role: You’ll play a key part in overseeing contract and commercial functions across our projects, ensuring they run smoothly, accurately, and profitably. You will: Manage head contracts and subcontracts, including variations and progress claims. Prepare and maintain budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts. Provide accurate cost reporting and commercial advice to Project Managers. Ensure compliance with company systems, policies, and procedures. What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in construction. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills.
