We are seeking a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the implementation and optimisation of our Sales and Marketing CRM across the Seniors Communities business. Your opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for enabling and optimising the end‑to‑end customer journey - from initial enquiry through to move‑in. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Analytics teams to ensure the CRM supports long, complex sales cycles through smart automation, clear funnel visibility and high‑quality data. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys building, refining and embedding CRM capability while supporting teams to adopt consistent, best‑practice ways of working. With integrity and resilience, you will: Configure, manage and optimise CRM pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and automations Build CRM workflows that support task assignment, reminders and communications across long sales cycles Design and refine nurture campaigns, workflows and customer journeys Enable sales teams with clear funnel tracking, sales automations and reporting dashboards Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX and Analytics & Insights teams to align CRM with the full customer journey Ensure data integrity and implement processes to improve segmentation and targeting Support training, documentation and change management to drive adoption and consistent usage What you’ll bring 3 years’ experience in CRM and marketing automation roles Proven expertise using HubSpot CRM for Marketing and Sales teams Hands‑on experience designing workflows, nurture pathways, scoring models and campaign automations Experience in sales enablement and supporting sales teams Strong skills in funnel analysis, reporting and stakeholder communication Experience in industries with long and complex sales cycles (e.g. property, retirement, real estate, financial services) Strategic mindset with strong attention to data integrity and process improvement Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, digital and insights teams Why join Anglicare?
