The Role We are seeking an experienced Level 5 Full-Time Control Room Operator to join our professional security operations team. This role is suited to candidates with proven CCTV and control room monitoring experience. You will be responsible for monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, managing incident reports, dispatching field staff, and coordinating responses to incidents across multiple sites. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced control room environment. You will report directly to the Security Operations Manager and SOC Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients and sites. Roster/Hours: Rotating 12-hour roster – 06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00 (7-day rotating roster) Mandatory Requirements: To thrive as a Control Room Operator, you must have: Minimum 12 months recent Control Room / CCTV monitoring experience Current NSW Security Licence - 1AE Classification (Required) Current First Aid and CPR certifications (Required) Certificate II in Security Operations Working with Children Check (Required) Police Check (Required) Availability for a rotating roster, including day and night shifts across 7 days.
