We have Full time position available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays. Key Responsibilities: Supervising incidents and that the guards are correctly attending and investigating incidents. Liaising with clients and staff and identifying staff that require training or performance management Patrolling designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property Providing a professional and courteous customer service experience Adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support. Assess and respond to situations of risk. To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid Security License Basic First Aid and CPR certification Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded) Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts A good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role) Reliable transportation (preferred). The ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail A proven track record of reliability and punctuality You must have valid work rights in Australia.
