Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our community spaces and facilities to the highest standard, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our residents and guests. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods. Key Responsibilities: Maintain high cleanliness standards across rooms and communal areas, including dusting, polishing, disinfecting surfaces, and waste removal. Restock supplies such as linen, toiletries, and cleaning products, and ensure all appliances are clean and operational. Monitor and report any damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the Community Manager, and assist with stocktakes. Support the upkeep of storage and housekeeping areas, ensuring they remain tidy, organised, and well-stocked. Collaborate respectfully with team members and residents, contribute to meetings, and actively support a positive and productive team environment. About You: A strong eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards with minimal supervision. Well-organised, time-conscious, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Hold a current “C” class driver’s licence. Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and using equipment and chemicals safely with appropriate PPE.
