We are now pooling candidates for multiple Production & Packing Operator roles, with opportunities also available for Dockhands and Storepersons within the same facility. About the Roles – Production & Packing Operators These roles support daily manufacturing and packaging operations in a fast-paced food production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production or packing machinery Weigh, prepare and add ingredients according to schedules Perform equipment checks, line inspections and basic troubleshooting Maintain product quality, accuracy, and presentation Follow food safety, hygiene (GMP) and OHS procedures Maintain a clean and safe working environment Skills & Requirements Essential: Strong work ethic and reliability Physically fit (able to lift up to 25 kg) Ability to follow instructions, processes, and safety requirements Good communication and teamwork skills Highly Regarded: Experience in food production, FMCG or similar Mechanical aptitude or previous machine operation experience Additional Opportunities Available Dockhand / Loading Bay Operator Responsibilities: Load/unload products Coordinate dispatch and complete basic paperwork Maintain dock area and manage crates/dollies Follow food safety and OHS guidelines Preferred: Forklift Licence (LF) Storeperson Responsibilities: Manage inventory movements and stock accuracy Inspect inbound goods and process system transactions Support dispatch and warehouse operations Maintain compliance with GMP, allergen and food safety standards Essential: Forklift Licence (LF) Highly Regarded: WMS or RF scanning experience What’s on Offer Attractive hourly rates 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday.
