Key Skills Required: Support daily operation of SAM tools (SNOW) Monitor software inventory and help identify gaps or outdated data. Support licence allocation, entitlement tracking, and record maintenance. Process software requests and provide installation media or keys when needed. Assist with data imports to improve software and asset accuracy. Contribute to SAM reports, including utilisation and compliance summaries. Escalate licensing or compliance issues to senior staff. Follow SAM policies and provide helpful customer support to stakeholders.
