Marketing and Communications Advisor $124,535.00 per annum 12% superannuation Full time, fixed term opportunity until 30/03/2027 Wadawurrung / Geelong based role (hybrid work from home – 3 days a week in office) About the opportunity The Marketing and Communications Advisor works collaboratively with the Senior Marketing and Communications Advisers across the marketing division and Marketing Manager to deliver marketing campaigns to increase community awareness around workplace health and safety whilst driving and leading attitudinal and behavioural change through public awareness campaigns. This role is responsible for: Working with the Manager, Marketing to plan, develop, implement and evaluate targeted ‘through the line' evidence-based campaigns in line with business objectives and priorities including behaviour change and awareness campaign with a strong focus on digitally-led campaigns. This role will lead the Worksafe digital marketing search plan. Overseeing the SEM plan you will be working collaboratively with the media agency and WorkSafe internal teams to implement, monitor, optimise performance to ensure the targeting, creative rotation and budget is maximised and develop reporting tracking KPIs to deliver insights and opportunities for continuous improvement. Independently manage and support Senior Advisors with allocated campaigns from concept through to implementation and reporting. Your strong stakeholder engagement skills enable you to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated experience developing ‘through the line' evidence-based campaigns to meet defined objectives in a politically sensitive and issues-rich environment, across digital and traditional channels with an understanding of the importance of continuous improvement through reporting, measurement and evaluation. Strong experience in media planning and buying and sound knowledge of media reporting measurements across traditional and digital media. Experience working with multiple suppliers – including media buyers, creative agencies, photographers and social research agencies. A strong background in digital including search engine marketing and tailored content strategies Demonstrate initiative, and ability to respond to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
