They are now seeking a proactive HR Generalist to act as a right-hand to the leadership team. About the Role We are seeking a senior HR professional who is a true "solution-finder." This is a hands-on, standalone part-time role (2-3 days per week) covering everything from high-level strategy to the essential "nuts and bolts" of HR Ops. Your role will encompass: HR Operations & Data: Total ownership of record upkeep and reporting HR metrics and insights directly to the Board; Performance & Development: Managing quarterly reviews and empowering managers to lead their own performance conversations; Culture & Engagement: Driving engagement surveys and facilitating the Office Manager to lead social events, and community activities; Learning & Growth: Conducting a full training audit and coordinating training across the business; Safety & Compliance: Supporting safety initiatives specifically tailored for the Agri and Rural teams; and Talent: Managing light-touch recruitment and onboarding as the team continues to grow. About You You have a proven track record in a senior HR/P&C role where you have operated with high levels of autonomy; You are a self-starter who prides yourself on "closing the loop." You anticipate needs before they are raised and take full accountability for your projects; You are direct, honest, and collaborative. You can hold your own in a professional environment while remaining approachable; You have a strong head for HR data and reporting to board; and An interest in or experience with the agricultural, rural or tech sectors will help you thrive in this community-focused environment.
