Job Description 6 12 12-month contract with a key Commonwealth Government agency Opportunity to obtain a Baseline security clearance Lead delivery of a solution aligned to Essential Eight Maturity Level Two Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to source an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a secure, standardised application development environment. This role will lead a strategically important uplift of an existing Developer Workstation Solution to meet Essential Eight Maturity Level Two requirements. You will oversee the consolidation of informal and disparate developer environments into a centrally managed, secure platform and lead the migration of developer teams to an approved Developer Standard Operating Environment. Working closely with DevOps, cyber security, data and operational teams, you will manage delivery end-to-end, engaging stakeholders, managing risk and ensuring the solution aligns with security and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead delivery of a standardised and secure application development environment Engage technical and non-technical stakeholders to define required development tools and applications Ensure alignment with Essential Eight Maturity Level Two and Information Security Manual (ISM) controls Identify and manage cyber security risks associated with developer environments Develop and maintain project plans , milestones, schedules and delivery artefacts Establish and operate appropriate project governance , reporting and escalation arrangements Manage risks, issues and dependencies across ICT, cyber security and digital initiatives Lead transition-to-operations activities and embed sustainment practices with operational teams Key Experience and Skills: Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT projects within government or regulated environments Strong project management capability , including planning, scheduling, governance, risk and reporting Solid understanding of cyber security principles , including the Essential Eight and ISM controls Experience working with developer environments , application control and vulnerability management Familiarity with modern software development lifecycles and secure delivery practices Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Current Baseline Australian Government security clearance (or ability to maintain one) How to Apply: If you’re ready to lead a high-impact cyber and DevOps uplift within a government environment, we’d love to hear from you.
