Your Role • Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations within our flagship outlet store and achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs.• Inspire and guide a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance in a high-traffic, high-turnover setting.• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining strong outlet execution standards.• Help manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering in a high-volume environment.• Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and build future leaders.• Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment. About You You’re a confident retail leader who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment and is ready for the next level. You’ll bring:• Experience in a leadership support, or high-volume leadership retail role (e.g 3IC, ASM, SM).• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive results in a large format store.• Passion for developing others and delivering exceptional customer experiences.• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.• Strong understanding of stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
