Site based role in Merotherie 12 Month Fixed Term Contract The Opportunity Acciona is looking for a proactive and technically capable Service Desk Technician to join our Sydney-based ICT team. In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver high-quality Level 2 support across systems, applications, hardware, and mobile services—ensuring our people stay connected, productive, and supported. You’ll be hands-on with incident and request management, hardware and software deployments, and stakeholder support, working closely with both local and global ICT teams. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical problems, and take pride in delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Incident & Service Request Management - Provide Level 2 support by logging, triaging, and resolving incidents and service requests using ServiceNow. Hardware & Software Support - Install, configure, and support computer hardware, Microsoft-based software, and peripheral devices. Ticket & SLA Management - Actively manage and prioritise your ticket queue to ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Maintain clear, accurate ticket notes and contribute to the development and improvement of Knowledge Base articles. Required Skills and Competencies About You: Proven experience in a Level 2 role within a large matrix organization. Mobile Device Support: Proficiency in supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android) and Office 365 PC programs. PC Hardware Knowledge: Expertise in PC hardware configuration, including maintenance of printers and scanners. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and provide clear support.
