Role purpose The key purpose of the Tenancy Delivery Coordinator is to assist in the administration, management and delivery of tenancies through the tenancy delivery process across allocated centres in a time manor. The role will support the tenancy delivery team and ensure tenancies are handed over on time and in accordance with all landlord and tenant obligations. The role will provide direct support to the Tenancy Delivery Manager with their responsibilities including project management, cost management, contractor management, administration, integration of key stakeholder objectives and effective management of procurement and the shop opening program. As a key member of our Leasing Design & Delivery team, you’ll help ensure every tenancy is delivered on time, on budget and in line with all landlord and tenant obligations . Working closely with a Tenancy Delivery Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in project administration, contractor coordination, procurement support, and ensuring our retailers open their doors with confidence. What you’ll do Tenancy Coordination & Administration Manage and track tenancy delivery activities, ensuring all milestones are hit. Respond to RFI’s within agreed SLA timeframes. Prepare Construction Authority requests and assist with cost reporting, purchase orders and receipting. Maintain accurate meeting minutes and monitor key deadlines for shop openings. Support minor works contract preparation and manage ECM/JDE administrative tasks. Drive project momentum alongside the Tenancy Delivery Manager and attend relevant site or stakeholder meetings. Processes & Procedures Maintain governance frameworks and support consistent tenancy delivery processes. Assist with authority management including building and development approvals, compliance and exemptions. Strong communication skills—written, verbal, visual and negotiation. Confidence in preparing schedules, cost plans and progress reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office , Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, and project scheduling/budgeting tools.
