About the role We are looking for a State Marketing Manager to join our Elders marketing team on a full time, 12-month fixed term basis. Elders State Marketing Manager’s serve as the first point of contact for all aspects of their regions marketing requirements. Our State Marketing Managers are responsible for helping drive and support success in the Elders network across national and regional campaigns, events, digital marketing and content and providing self-service tools to enable our Elders branch network to drive local activity. You will work as part of the Network Marketing team, collaborating with the Brand and Digital teams to execute marketing campaigns and plans and to strengthen the Elders brand in the Victoria and Riverina regions. Responsibilities As a State Marketing Manager you will; Contribute to the development of state annual marketing plans, annual calendar of activity, budget, financial targets and KPIs to track progress against key objectives for each state aligned product objectives, financial targets and the company wide Annual Operating Plan. Execute state, regional and local campaign initiatives across our wider product range. Manage key agricultural events and industry sponsorship partnerships to ensure consistent brand presence and overall event success. Work collaboratively with our Digital and Design teams to create engaging content for use across Elders channels and campaign activity. Directly support the Elders branch network with self-service tools and hyper-local marketing support. About You Marketing related tertiary qualification or equivalent experience with working in marketing, social media and digital, events or communications. Previous agriculture industry exposure preferred Ability to build strong relationships and establish trust Collaborative approach to influence and drive outcomes with stakeholders High degree of flexibility in thinking and approach to marketing outcomes You will need to be able to roll up the sleeves of your iconic Elders’ pink shirt and provide hands-on support to our geographically dispersed Branch network with regional travel required.
