About the Role If you are considering making this move to enhance your professional career path with Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA), this role will include: Being recognised as an experienced clinician Developing, implementing and coordinating comprehensive behaviour support plans and strategies for our clients, their families and carers that meet current industry standards and NDIS legislation. The team provides services across the Sydney metropolitan area, supporting clients at our centres, in the community and within our supported accommodation. We are able to offer flexible working conditions and the role can either be full time or part time to suit you. Our therapy services are based around a client and family-centred philosophy, which emphasises a collaborative approach, working towards achieving the goals identified by people with cerebral palsy or other disabilities and their own support network.
