This is an ongoing casual position offering full-time hours, some overtime and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role following a successful probation period. You’ll manage face-to-face enquiries, respond to phone calls and emails, and support daily operations within a busy manufacturing setting. Your day will include: Greeting and assisting customers onsite Handling inbound phone and email enquiries Processing orders and customer requests Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Providing accurate information on products and timeframes Supporting general administrative tasks as required This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on in a busy operational setting.
