About the Job Are you an experienced parts professional looking for a role that gets you out from behind the counter? We are seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join a well-established dealership in Bundaberg . This unique position combines traditional internal interpreting with a proactive "on the road" sales focus to help expand the local market. You will join a supportive team that values local expertise and high-quality service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys building long-term relationships and wants to play a key role in a growing branch culture. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert parts interpretation for a diverse range of heavy vehicles. Managing over-the-counter and phone enquiries with a customer-first approach. Visiting clients on-site to identify needs and grow parts sales. Processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery. Collaborating with the service department to streamline workshop requirements. To be successful, you will have: Proven experience in parts interpretation, preferably within the heavy vehicle or machinery sectors. Strong communication skills and a confident, professional sales manner. A proactive attitude with the ability to identify new business opportunities. A valid Australian driver's licence. Proficiency in computerised inventory management systems. A base salary of c. $80,000 - $90,000 (negotiable) super will be offered to the successful candidate.
