About The Position:Based at our Caringbah Office, in this key leadership position, you will lead a team of experienced case workers within our Family Preservation Program. The primary outcome of this program is to keep children and young people within their safe and stable family by improving family functioning and reducing risk and safety concerns. Specifically, this will include: • Supporting and guiding a team of case workers in their day-to-day work with families• Monitoring service outcomes and implementing improvement strategies• Maintaining best practice approaches• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders About You:To be successful in this position you will have previous experience in a leadership position in the community services, child or family sectors. This experience is supported by a strong commitment to child-focused practices with a thorough understanding of child protection, legislation and risk management. You are empathetic, supportive and able to make sound judgements to protect children’s rights and well-being.
