We’re looking for a creative, strategic and hands‑on National Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our brand, elevate our market presence, and drive meaningful engagement across the strata ecosystem. In this role, you will own and deliver SCI’s brand and marketing strategy ensuring consistent brand expression, producing high‑quality content and campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting commercial growth through targeted marketing activity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, with strong capability across content creation, design, digital media, and campaign delivery What You’ll Do Lead the SCI brand, ensuring consistent and high‑quality representation across all channels. Produce and deliver engaging content and design materials, including articles, social posts, videos, newsletters and digital assets. Manage SCI’s digital presence - website, social media, SEO and paid advertising using analytics to improve performance. Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, digital, social and events, and report on their impact. Oversee the marketing plan, budget, key priorities, and manage SCI events and sponsorships. Deliver internal and external communications, support customer insights, and work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure aligned messaging. About You Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or a related field. Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial services or general insurance. Hands‑on capability across content creation, design, digital media management and end‑to‑end campaign execution. Strong digital marketing skills including website content management, social media, email marketing and SEO, supported by analytics and reporting tools. Experience managing marketing budgets, suppliers, agencies and creative/production workflows.
