We’re looking for a Specialist-IT Services to join our team and play a key role in managing our IT assets, staying on top of software compliance, and supporting the overall health of our technology environment. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast paced, multivendor setting, is confident in problem solving, and takes pride in delivering a great user experience. What You’ll Be Doing Manage IT assets, procurement, billing and software contracts/renewals to ensure cost effective, compliant and timely delivery. Maintain operational integrity by coordinating software and internal audits and ensuring license compliance. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and oversee reliable audio/visual services that support a smooth user experience. Drive vendor performance through effective SLA, KPI and service reporting management. Lead key governance and incident processes, including Change Management, CAB/TRB activities and major incident resolution. What Success Looks Like IT assets, procurement, and software contracts are managed efficiently and kept up to date. Audits, renewals, and compliance activities run smoothly with strong coordination and minimal disruption. Stakeholders feel supported and confident in the reliability of IT services, including audio/visual systems. Vendor partners perform to expectations through clear accountability and effective service level management. Major incidents, service issues, and Change Management processes are handled promptly, collaboratively and with strong governance. Qualifications What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ITIL certification. Experience & Skills Experience coordinating within a complex, outsourced IT vendor environment and responding to major incidents. Strong background in IT Change Management, including CAB processes and governance. Familiarity with IT service level management practices and reporting requirements. Proven ability to provide effective day-to-day support to business users and interpret technical reports. Broad technical awareness across applications, infrastructure, end user devices, and audio/visual equipment.
