Anglicare Victoria has been asked to support families impacted by the fires. We are now hiring multiple case managers with immediate effect. Our teams will be made up of diverse, skilled, tertiary qualified case managers who can adapt to change and pivot when a family needs you to. For a person or family impacted by grief and loss no two journey's will be the same, so we encourage those that can think broadly, through a trauma informed lens, with a strength based approach to join these newly created teams and make your mark with us. Your role: The Case Manager position is one of the most important roles in supporting those affected by the fires acting as the lead, conducting thorough risk and needs assessments, supporting those with access to services, immediate support, linkages to other support services or any other supports to help them address their immediate needs. Utilising psychosocial, system's and social justice theories to maximise your impact across community. The Case Manager position is a SCHADS level 5 position. It is fixed term to June 30th 2027. The role can be based at Bendigo or Kyneton. It will be hybrid but you need to provide outreach. You will travel to Bendigo or Kyneton to pick up a pool car before travelling. Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card. SCHCADS Award level 5. Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience. Multiple positions.
