As Chaplain – Far North Coast, you’ll play a vital leadership role in delivering meaningful spiritual and pastoral care while guiding a team dedicated to supporting others. About the Role This is a full-time regional leadership role where you will: Lead and support a team of pastoral practitioners and volunteer pastoral carers across the Far North Coast Provide spiritual and pastoral care to Uniting residents, families and staff Offer presence, compassion and guidance during times of vulnerability, transition and celebration Lead worship, prayer, sacraments and meaningful spiritual services Build strong relationships with Uniting leaders, congregations and local communities Strengthen the connection between Uniting’s mission, services and the wider Church You’ll be both a hands-on pastoral presence and an inspiring leader—shaping spiritual care across the region.
