The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and passionate Residential Care Manager (RCM) to lead our team at our Cundletown Residential Aged Care Facility - Bishop Tyrell Place. This pivotal role provides leadership, direction, and coordination across all aspects of clinical care, staff management, and operational excellence in alignment with Newcastle Anglican’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
