Job Description As our Salesforce Delivery Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Salesforce platform lifecycle. You aren't just managing tasks; you are a strategic orchestrator, leading high-performing squads of Architects, Developers, and Admins to translate complex business needs into scalable, "clicks-before-code" solutions. You will be the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring our Salesforce environment remains robust, efficient, and future-ready. Day to day you will: Lead the full project lifecycle from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring clear accountability and high-quality delivery of Salesforce features. Facilitate quarterly planning and manage Agile ceremonies across multiple squads to ensure predictable sprint execution and accurate estimations. Define and refine delivery standards and "Ways of Working" to foster a culture of high performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Empower and mentor a diverse team of Salesforce professionals, acting as a servant leader to unblock technical or process-related impediments. Oversee complex release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management (Sandboxes/Scratch Orgs) while balancing project budgets and timelines. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, managing expectations and providing transparent updates on project health and platform roadmaps.
