We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Customer Solutions Team Leader to support, develop, and enhance our national Customer Service Team. Working closely with the Customer Solutions Manager, this role is focused on creating a high-performing team culture where every customer interaction is delivered with professionalism, enthusiasm, accuracy, and strong product knowledge.
